The concert of British musician Joe Cocker with the new program "Heart and Soul" took place on “Vasilevski spusk” on September, 14th. During any moment he has decided to greet: "Greetings, Moscow" The musician during all concert didn’t get tired to show force and expression of his voice. Cocker has executed some ballads. Sometimes was seemed, that from an overabundance of emotions the gray-haired musician just about will break off a shirt. Public, the truth, has quickened only on a dynamical thing "Summer In The City" and began to echo the musician and to clap in a rhythm to music. A composition "Up Where We Belong" Jоe has executed in a tandem with the black vocalist to whom performance on the Red area, appear, gave huge pleasure. Suddenly light on a platform turned off, spectators have puzzly begun to clap, but as it was found out, they in vain were afraid, that the concert has come to an end, - light there and then again turned on, and chords of a melodious song "N` Oubliez Jamais" from a plate "Across The Midnight" which was freshened with the added back-vocal inserts were distributed. The composition also was allocated with parties of an accordion and shrill improvisations of a lip accordion. More close to end of a concert Cocker has sung a thing "I Put A Spell On You" which is more known in execution of singer Sonik. In Joe’s version the composition became much slower, sad and has lost the aggression. The present furor has caused a hit of the musician "You Can Leave Your Hat On" - many echoed this song in a voice, and the some people, having forgotten about strict interdictions security, even send in passes and began to dance. Special attention spectators have given a cover-version of song Beatles "With A Little Help From My Friends" which has once glorified the musician.
Joe Cocker didn’t try suit outputs "encore", just light on a platform begun to turn off, then in some seconds it again joined (public had not time to call at all the musician by means of applauses), and this or that hit sounded. So, in the ending of show, among other, songs "Unchain My Heart", "Cry Me A River" from an album "Mad Dogs and Englishmen" and "You Are So Beautiful" have sounded. In spite of the fact that the Moscow concert of Cocker has been declared as last, the musician has said goodbye to Moscow people, having promised to meet next time.
